	Spy Voice Recorder is the best VoIP call recording software. It supports all Voip software such as Skype, Facebook, Hangouts, KakaoTalk, Viber, ooVoo, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger, GoogleTalk, etc. Also it is compatible with all 32 bits and 64 bits windows operating system such as Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, etc. All VoIP call will be recorded automatically and both sides sound will be saved to an mp3 file secretly.

Although our software can run with all VoIP software perfectly. But some settings are must to be done. The set procedure is really very simple.

1. Open settings window by clicking File -> Settings menu.

2. By default, our software can only record Skype, Yahoo Messenger, and GoogleTalk automatically. If you want to record other VoIP software, you need to add the process name to the following picture (red rectangle area), and separate with a comma.

Following is some process names of popular VoIP software:
Viber: Viber.exe
ICQ: icq.exe
Facebook Audio/Video Call: FacebookVideoCalling.exe
Hangouts: Chrome.exe (Notice: You must use Chrome as your browser)
KakaoTalk: KakaoTalk.exe
ooVoo: ooVoo.exe (Notice: our software must run before ooVoo)
Skype: Skype.exe
Yahoo Messenger: YahooMessenger.exe
GoogleTalk: GoogleTalk.exe
Notice 1: You can’t input space after comma. Such as “Skype.exe, icq.exe” is false setting. You must input “Skype,icq.exe”.
Notice 2: After you change process name, you must restart Spy Voice Recorder to apply all settings.
Notice 3: Please don't use trial version to monitor other people's VoIP voice conversation. Because trial version can't run in invisible mode.
